Hi, I'm Erica!
I live in Montreal with my husband and son and am currently pregnant with our second child. I have a BSN from McGill University and have worked as a nurse clinician for a decade now. My main field of work has been community health nursing, which has instilled strong values in me when it comes to healthy foundations and helping clients from a holistic perspective. I always encouraged healthy sleep habits to my clients as I believe sleep is a fundamental pillar of our physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
When I had my son, it became obvious to me that my background in the medical field alone was not going to help me navigate our sleep struggles. That is when I discovered the world of sleep consulting and all the different elements that can have an impact on babies' sleep. I have become certified through one of the few approved sleep training programs by the APSC (Association of Professional Sleep Consultants) known for its gentle and responsive approach.
If I had to summarize my main goal, it would be to help parents better understand their child's sleep needs and how to optimize them in ways that are developmentally appropriate and in alignment with the parent's intuition as well.
My principles
I provide gentle sleep solutions that are responsive and never a rigid "one size fits all" approach.
Personalized guidance
Holistic support
Responsive approach
I take a holistic approach to sleep, considering and addressing all aspects that can have an impact on your child's sleep.
I offer personalized guidance tailored to your child's individual needs, temperament and stage of development. I also base my support off of your family's specific goals and values.
